New build steel landing craft - Acacia

The workboat was designed with an opening bow ramp and was a flat-bottomed vessel with an aft wheelhouse, crane and fitted with twin diesel engines. The vessel was designed and built to be capable of carrying a 15 tonne deck load.

Work Scope:

• Design of vessel including Construction drawings
• Fabricate and weld hull and outfit with crane, engines, electrics and opening bow ramp
• Lift the vessel into water for stability checks & testing, including commissioning of engines, crane etc.
