WORK DESCRIPTION

Malakoff were awarded the contract to complete the fabrication and installation of the replacement PSA Nitrogen Plant at the SVT Power Station.

Fabrication and assembly took place at Malakoff workshops and the completed unit was transported to site and lifted into position prior to tie in pipework being installed.

WORK SCOPE:

Survey of existing installation and construction drawings for tie in and closure spools
Provision of full QA package
Fabrication of Lifting frame to lift completed plant
Fabrication of pipework, pipe supports and related steelwork
Provision of NDT including MPI and Proof Load Testing
Painting of pipework to site specification
Design and Fabrication of mounting skid, to clients specification
Supply of all valves, fittings and silencers
Pressure testing of completed spools
Assembly of completed pipework spools onto mounting skid
Transportation and installation of completed plant on site
