Malakoff’s Voe Boat range has been under production since the 1980s. The most popular vessel in the range, the Voe 21, is in use throughout a number of industries and locations.

Introduction

In early 2017, Malakoff were approached by Loch Duart Salmon to supply Voe 21 workboats to add to their existing fleet (at that time Loch Duart Salmon operated a fleet of 14no. Voe Boats). Malakoff initially produced 3no. standard Voe 21s with bespoke outfit items to suit the needs of the client. Since the delivery of these three vessels Malakoff have supplied a further 2no. vessels to Loch Duart Salmon to the same design.

The launch of L6099 would be accompanied by members of the 2017 Team Shetland Inter Island Games Team as they formally launch the team sportswear (Malakoff has been the main sponsor of Team Shetland for a number of years).
